1. Subscription Cancellation
Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your MASC Social subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. There are no long-term contracts, and you are not obligated to continue your subscription beyond your current billing period.

You can cancel your subscription using any of the following methods:

1.2 Cancellation Confirmation
Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account. Please retain this email for your records.
2. Access After Cancellation
Continued Access Until End of Billing Period
When you cancel your subscription, you will retain full access to all MASC Social features and Services for the remainder of your current billing period. Your access will continue until the last day of the period for which you have already paid.
For example:
- If your billing date is the 1st of each month and you cancel on the 15th, you will have access until the end of that month.
- Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made after your current billing period ends.
3. Refund Policy
No Refunds
All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Partial months or unused subscription time
- Unused features or services
- Downgrade to a lower-tier plan (if applicable)
- Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations

4.2 Data Deletion
After the 30-day retention period, your data may be permanently deleted from our systems. We recommend exporting any important data before your subscription ends.
4.3 Data Export
Before canceling, you may export your content calendars and data using the export features available in the application. We recommend completing any necessary exports before your access ends.
5. Reactivation
If you wish to reactivate your subscription after cancellation:
- Within 30 days: Log in to your account and subscribe again. Your previous data will be restored.
- After 30 days: You may create a new subscription, but your previous data may no longer be available.
Reactivation is subject to current pricing and plan availability at the time of resubscription.
6. Promotional Pricing
If you subscribed at a promotional or discounted rate (such as the Founder's Special pricing), please note that this pricing is locked in only for continuous, uninterrupted subscriptions. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you may not be eligible for the same promotional pricing and will be charged at the then-current rates.

In rare circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion. Such exceptions may include:
- Documented technical issues that prevented you from using the Services for an extended period
- Billing errors made by our payment processor
